By accessing or using Resintel ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
Resintel is a property intelligence platform providing UK residential property valuation estimates, deal analysis, rental yield calculations, and market data tools. All data is sourced from third-party APIs and is provided for informational purposes only.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. All valuations, yield estimates and deal assessments are indicative only. You should seek independent professional advice before making any property investment decision. Resintel accepts no liability for investment decisions made based on Platform data.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any data displayed. Property valuations are algorithmic estimates and may differ from actual market values.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a rolling basis with no minimum contract. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
All content, software, design and data on the Platform is the property of Resintel or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resintel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
